Nutrition Park in Sigapore sucks

This company boasts service but as usual Singaporean companies have no clue as to how customer service operates. I traveled by taxi across Singapore to see Nutrition Park's "show room" being greatly disappointed when I walked into a room the size of a closet, dark and unprofessional with a lot of no name equipment with the room unable to accommodate more than 4 people. And not only do they have a confusing website where the item you wish to order is next to a photo of an exact image of another item, leaving you to order the wrong product, but they do not honor you as a customer and offer to take the item back  (considering the website is horribly made)  it was  a deliverable item of great weight.
I asked for the manager and no information was given me as to who he was and how I could contact him. I asked for him to return my call and no call was ever received. So now you also have bad management
Finally, I received the correct item only after having to order another item for them to deliver it, all adding up to over s$300. 
There was a price difference of $6 that was supposed to be applied back to my paypal account and was not. So now you also have incompetency.
The products (to boot) are of unacceptable quality. The rubber comes off the weight plates and the weight benches are not sturdy and of bad quality. I suggest finding an international company who knows what they are doing.
Needless to say I will never order with them again.
